Regardless of how long you stay – a weekend, a week or longer, Ocean Landings Resort and Racquet Club promises the finest in Florida amenities and recreation. Located in Cocoa Beach, the resort invites you to relax and play to your heart’s content on one of Florida’s finest recreational seascapes. It has exceptional facilities: you can sun yourself at the edge of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and search for seashells, then plunge into a heated outdoor fresh water pool with a tall, cool drink and a snack from the pool bar. Fancy a game? There are four championship tennis courts and four racquetball courts. You can also get in shape with state-of-the-art exercise equipment in the Activities Center, then soothe your tired muscles with an invigorating soak in the giant hot whirlpool.

Rodney Ressler, the General Manager of Ocean Landings Resort and Racquet Club, is justifiably proud of the first-class facilities. Having such a fine resort, he decided to upgrade his laundry facilities by investing in a Water Energy Ozone Laundry System. His objective was to cut water and chemical use in his laundry and save energy by eliminating hot water altogether. Success! Mr. Ressler’s ozone laundry system was installed over 8 years ago and is still providing effective, dependable service to this day. The system has performed superbly with a minimum amount of maintenance over the years.

Mr. Ressler is very pleased with the results he has enjoyed with the system. He says firmly that he has paid for his entire laundry in water and chemical savings alone. The savings on energy has directly impacted our bottom line as well. He recently wrote us a note saying, “I am taking a moment just to let you know how pleased we are with the installation and performance of the ozone laundry system in our laundry facilities.”

He is very happy with the return on investment as well. Continues Ressler, “to date our actual experiences related to the savings and quality of the results have surpassed our projections and expectations.”
