Cardinal Rule

The Cardinal Rule of building any laundry is to make sure your laundry has a door big enough to fit every piece of equipment you want through it. More times than you can possibly imagine, laundries have been built with doors that are just too small to fit some of the equipment through. Determine how big the washers, dryers, ironers, carts and any other large pieces of equipment are going to be for your application and get a door that is bigger than the biggest piece. If you can’t get it through the door, it will never do you any good.
